Yaoi art is beautiful! The mangas, the artbooks, the anime... Everything!
There are so many mangakas and their styles vary so much that they can fulfil everybody's wishes and tastes.
So many people get to know yaoi, and soon get addicted to it. I guess most - if not all - women agree with the above.

I've met a few men too who like reading and watching yaoi, and by saying that you probably think that "Hey! Men do read yaoi stuff!"....
Oh well.. there's a BUT.

They were all gay!

I asked a couple of straight men if they would read yaoi and their eyes nearly popped out. One even told me "I'll never touch it! Not even with my ****!" (Geez...Who would do that??)
They don't mind yuri or hentai hetero mangas and anime of course - especially the anime.

So I was wondering "Are there any straight men who like yaoi?".
Have you ever met one?
Is there anyone around?

I doubt it. I dont see any reason why dudes would even consider yaoi unless they were gay.

My fiance and his cousins (male) read yaoi. Since they're in Japan, they buy my yaoi mangas for me. So yeah, straight men read yaoi. I don't believe it's a matter of sexuality, i mean..if you like to read and you're comfortable with the subject..why not?

well im in england wouldn't touch it with a barge pole personally but to be honest i dont see manga floating about that much were i live anyway so no problemo. Oh and ichigo... how many has your cousin gone out and personally bought?

hahaha that nearly made me choke on my coffee, well as for my opinion that matters i don't see a reason why a straight male would like yaoi unless they have a little (if not totally gay, i'm not saying it in a bad manner) attraction towards yaoi.

And you have to be a little gay to watch/read Yaoi or Shounen ai but thats just through personal experience, I've yet to meet a straight male either online or in real life that likes Yaoi :P

I have never met a straight male that reads yaoi, but I don't think it's impossible. If nothing else, I think they would have to be bisexual in order to be attracted towards that. A friend did point out however that a heterosexual man can have homosexual sex. But there is of course an essential difference between the visual and physical, so I still believe what I said earlier on. :-P
