wow Saulute - that's a hard question!
but i think my favorite would have to be Doushitemo Furetakunai by Yoneda Kou.
i seriously love this mangaka! her stories are real, the emotions are so raw, and the story lines aren't just to get from one sex scene to the next. i have NEVER cried reading yaoi manga before, but i admit, i cried during this one. (i also loved her oneshot Kanjou Spectrum and could die happy if there was a continuation...)
and no, i have never read yuri and never intend to either.

those two are my personal faves, too. Totally Captivated is really sweet and romantic and i never get tired of reading it.
Junjou Romantica also tops my list.

Oh my ... my faves?
Truthfully, I can't choose because there is simply waay too many :'D
But at the moment I truly adore Heaven's Love : D
And the author Ike Reibun and Naona Bohra.
- of course I also read Totally Captivated and Viewfinder :33 and some way, you haven't read yaoi truly before you at least have read one of those XD

But, I have a hard time picking my faves, because they change all the time ;__;

And no, I don't read yuri :'D

If it's about me..my top one is definitely Viewfinder^^ yay..I love that one^^ and Crimson spell as well..I've read Totally Captivated and Junjou Romantica though..and I complitely agree..these two are great and so sweet^^
I have a lot manga I'm crazy about so it's hard to pick some others though..ehm..

oh and Mina Toivo I've also read some of Iku Reibun and Naono Bohra works..like Bi no Isu or Zaiaku wa Hada no ue ni and I liked them a lot..cause they where kinda different but sweet at the same time^^
