If you have any type of security on the wireless your going to have to find out what type it is and then deal with it. I used to have a mac address restricted wireless so I had to add the DS's mac address to the network. Now I have a password protected one so I added the password to the wireless connection on the DS and it works fire. The wireless guide that comes with wireless games that use WiFi give some helpful info as well.

As for RO DS, if it came out here I would be sorely tempted to buy it considering if it isn't P2P.

Done that it connects sometimes and others it doesn't..I was reading around and there's no fix to this yet... ;_;

Then it could be your router, there is always that $20-$30 dollar, if your in the US mind you because I don't know where you live, usb WiFi attachment and I hear it works all the time.

only the DS doesn't want to co-operate with me >_<

and actually I did some further research and it appears the regular DS(which is what I have)have very buggy Wifi but the lite's fixed it

I was planing to get a DS lite anyways so its all good XD

Yeah I personally have a first gen DS Lite , but I do know that the usb is basically 100% usable for DS's and Wiis. Ah well though hope you pick out a good color.
