the guy just like a simple internet perv obsessed with game females...even too he has a great skill.....if you read his comment of the part 2 he is not planning getting male characters in just females XD....and the thing about halo is self explained....h e wanted a master chief female...he made one.

Master Chief belongs to Spartans, a special unit of enhanced humans. Even though in the game there is only Master chief a.k.a John 117, there were other like him, even females. Also there is a female Spartan in Dead or Alive 4 named Nicole, Spartan 458.
