Personally Fallout 3 was one of the best games i've ever played..........the repetative quests may be there but exploring the HUGE map was anything other than boring.........besides the VATS, the combat system, the graphics combined with a pretty decent storyline i think justifies the high ratings given by Gamespot, IGN n such! My only complaint would be the ragdoll physics....like wen i kill someone the body seems to recoil like a freakin doll.....it seemed highly unrealistic! Neways all in all i liked it! :)

I also think, it's a fantastic game. I like the rate between fighting and story line. In Germany the game also got high rates and I think they are justified.

I have to say that Fallout 3 is a good game. NOT a great game. It's fun for a while, but it gets increasingly repetitive as time goes on and the storyline was boring in my opinion. But this is a good waste of time on a boring day.

I liked Fallout 3. There's just so much to do...and all the DLC for it adding more areas, guns and quests added to the fun. But as previously mentioned, the game is a lot more fun and challenging on Very Hard. Hell, I started my first playthrough on VH and haven't turned it back down. I'd say the most overrated game is Halo 3. It's a good game, but not as good as a lot of people make it seem. :/

At first I thought it was an amazing game but then after playing for several hours I began to get very bored, which never happened to me in Oblivion. It seemed like everything in the environment started to look all too similar. Every subway station has a bunch of wrecked trains in the middle, every house looks the same, etc. I felt like I was spending more time trying to walk to my objectives than I actually spent having fun. There were many cool aspects of the game but I think it is far too over rated.
