Super Smash Brothers Brawl

Yes, its FINALLY OUT! After many waits and delays, the game I personally have been looking forward to for the longest time is finally out (as of two days ago :-p). My first impressions are this: its a definite successor to the first SSB, my favorite. The controls are tough to get used to (if you're using the wiimote and nunchuck), but after you get used to them, the game is a total blast. There's about a billion game modes, but the new good one is the Subspace Emissary mode. Its a single-player campaign in which you must rescue several allies turned into statues.
It's an amazing game :-D. Has anyone else paid some coin to get your hands on this masterpiece? Thoughts?

i must say it does look pretty amazing
i've played smash since n64 and i really enjoy playing link

but i've grown up with sega and sonic is one of my favorite games
i'm really excited to see how well his speed will play in smash

Just played yesterday and I have to say I'm impressed. The graphics are clean and smooth and the game play is smooth like silk. It was definitely worth the wait and my favorite new characters to use are Meta Knight and Lucario. Oh, the final smashes are sweeeeeeeeet. I approve.

So far, and ive only been playing for 2 days, i think ike is the best. he is slow, not as slow as ganondorf but slow. but it dosent take many hits to send your opponent flying out of the ring. but hes probably best for my playing style because when my friends use him they die instantly.

well ive played A LOT since Sunday. I was even at a turney, lost but oh well.
This is the best SSB so fab and Lucario is the best

i like a lot of the new chars... meta knight and Pit are fun cuz of the spamable moves... but my fav so far is Wolf.... they actually changed his moves up a bit, so it's not an EXACT copy of his 2 pals... and i just love his howl taunt....

Although it's a hassle to read in japanese, because the japanese version came out earlier I've had a good amount of time to play Brawl. I love how characters fit certain fighting styles, and it's fun to try them all. I like Snake's and R.O.B. fighting styles because they're so awkward, but the awkward styles can be the most rewarding (R.O.B.'s spinning top ftw).

Awesome game, I'm loving it! Seems more balanced than the first two and just all around more fun.
