this statement is an understatement... truly

I'm not into the genre, in fact, I was scared what this series was going to portray..
but I have to admit after watching it, shouldn't take everything too serious.. but I'll still hold my high ethics and morale code in real life.. its a very fun anime... I realize it generated a lot of fresh jokes, and there were a lot touching moments... like the history of the main girl's past and mother.

Yes very loli, the first writers were wrong i think. Wikipedia still writes seinen, may be i am not to well informed but it's lollicon in my eyes. Or is lollicon just a part of seinen?
Anyway up to episode 7 you can find eng/. subtitled and uncensored ones, 8-12 is still heavy censored, like going to a zoo sjirp-sjirp-oink-mooo
grrr. DVD is still hungaro/russian so yah, waiting for english DVD subtitles?

It is to hard to license this anime. Most of Distribution company dont get the humor of the loli.
