The second season is called Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage.It started airing in Japan on the 2 October 2006 and ended on December 18, 2006.
However, Second Barrage would be aired in Canada by G4techTV Canada and the United States by Starz Edge in April 2008. They still don't know when they will release the second season into DVD |

If im not mistaken, Black Lagoon season 2 is the episodes 13 - 24. It basically is on the net, but you might not know your watching it.

the 2nd seasons is the ending there is nothing else after it and they don't plan on adding to it which sucks because the ending isn't as good as i thought it was >.<
but it's still a good ending you know? i was just hoping.....for more as selfish as that may have sounded :) |

If you notice, in the opening for episodes 13-24 "the second barrage" is written in it. If you're wondering about a continuation to the 24 episodes, it's still in speculation, Black Lagoon was Geneon's biggest hit since Hellsing, but the anime is way too close to the manga for there to be anymore episodes made currently.
