Using Gradients
Note: I am considering that you already know the basics of photshop, that is creating a new page, selecting tools, changing colors and stuff. Although if you have any questions, JUST ASK ^.^
The gradient tool is a very useful tool if you know how to use it. This tool lets you select 2 color (or more) and depending on where you click, the screen will show the different colours you chose in the respective order. ![]() So lets start... I'm creating an 800x600 image though you can go ahead and choose different sizes. ![]() Once that you have a new page, press on the gradient tool. ![]() Now, the color you choose from the palette will affect the gradient colours. Here's what I'm going to use: Mass effect wallpaper green primary colour red secondary colour 2 layers ![]() 1.) Create a new layer at the bottom of the mass effect image 2.) Click and drap from right to left on second layer ![]() 3.) Go to first layer 4.) Change blending mode (I changed it to hard light) until you are satisfied with the result. Note: You can always edit the picture a bit more by adding some effects. Have fun and take care ![]() ![]() |
