2 After Effects Tuts
Here are some tutorial type things I made a while ago but may still be of interest to anyone trying to learn Adobe After Effects.
This first one is how you can import a video clip into AFX and export a bmp sequence for a gif.  This ones shows how you can create a 3d looking animation with the use of an adjustment layer and just images.
