I would suggest you recheck all your hardware components (is it slotted and fixed properly) and have a reformat of your OS if have to.

i used to have the same problem before. i changed my cooler and checked if there was any loose hardware. after that it seems to work just fine. if it still doesnt work, the worst case scenario is changing your motherboard, but let's just hope that's not it.
