If You want one image You can just press 'P' in BSplayer or 'F5' in MPC.
If You want several frames... I think I used ACDSee for that. Yes, it's a strange solution. ^^ |

I use a screen recorder to save recorded video file into a avi ( mpeg4 etc ) then convert the avi to gif using programs like TotalVideoConverter.

in "Media Player Classic" which some with the CCCP codec
http://www.cccp-project.net/ do this, Go to View --> Options --> Playback --> Output --> Select the "VMR9 (windowed)" in the "DirectShow Video" area Then Check the "Lock back-buffer before presenting" checkbox Then when watching the anime episodes, go to File --> Save Images and save your screenshots ^.^ That's what I do ^.^ ![]() |

You can also use VLC media player now. The older versions couldn't.

If you guys have seen my hentai gifs imageboard, I made every single gif (the ones I made) up there by taking snapshots with VLC. Heh, lots of patience is needed there ... Lately though I do think I find myself prefering MPC. Seems to handle subs better, as ElderKain stated above.

Ctrl+Alt+S I believe.
