Bypass Megaupload download toolbar, Workaround for IE6 or IE7

ok when you start it you will see in your right the "+" in green
just put the link in that spece before it and click it
or if you have multiple links just go to the Links tab and select the option you want

Firefox user have 4 way to bypass it.

1st install megaupload toolbar from Megaupload
2nd instal this add on from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3843
3th install greasemonkey from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748 then go to this adress and install this UserScript http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/11639
4th type about:config at address bar then in front of the filter type general.useragent.extra.firefox > Double click it > type "Firefox/2.0 MEGAUPLOAD 1.0" or "Firefox/2.0 MEGAUPLOAD 2.0"without qoutation >ok

• Install "User Agent Switcher" extension in your firefox browser using the following location.

• Then add a new user agent as given below.

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; Alexa Toolbar)

• Now change your user agent to the above mentioned one.

• Now open the megaupload link and download without any trouble.

and wont forget the first time after installing above hacks it won't work just close the mehaupload windows and try again from now it work smoothly.

This would normally work, because with that regkey, megaupload, will think your computer has their toolbar installed (and yes the megaupload toolbar is same as alexa toolbar)

It no longer works; Just use Firefox + Megaupload SX for v2.0 or Megaupload Integration for v3.0

Um a friend of mine told me that all you have to do is:
Install the MU toolbar. Perform a anti-virus scan, cuz the toolbar is really a trojan virus & just keep the megaupload cookie in your cookie folder allowing downloading from MU website without the toolbar. Messing with your reg editor could be dangerous cuz if you mess up, your browser is dead. Hope that helps.
