Make Firefox Faster

There're some more tweaks that let you make firefox more responsive or display pages faster (it's a balancing act between the two). Check out http://www.computerworld.com/action/...icleId=9020880 for more info. If you don't feel like flipping through the pages, just click on the print article link to view it all in one page.

What the disadvantage when doing this?

The Optimizer for FF will lag if too many TAB are open....so I dont use it ><.
Hope this one doesn't create hassle!

The Fasterfox addon does this and more. It also eliminates the need for Google Web Accelerator.

Oh wow.. my internet is way faster. It takes about 2 seconds and then BOOM the page is totally instantly loaded. +rep

Well after looking around it does make it faster, if people think its slower the site your viewing might just be lacking bandwidth.
