have you ever seen megaupload points system? there's a reason why people flock to them for freebies, i have to free accounts myself for megaupload because it's so damn hard to get points way too many rules, and even then i'm not splitting my 1gb uploads just for premium access fail, also rapidshare is more secure then megaupload, you can use greasemonkey in firefox and even have 50 or more simultaneous downloads happening from megaupload with no restrictions, i have yet to see someone fully accomplish this on rapidshare, but there is still one thing that sucks about rapidshare...............report button (you ever press it on me or my friends when visiting the site i mod at, you better be ready for hell, as we send out a blacklist on your ips, some noobs learned that the hard way)

megaupload is nice, but i have gotten many bad cookies from the pop up ads

At least you can downlooad almost continually from megaupload if a download fails unlike Rapidshare 1 mb you are screwed if your download fails

Their uploader is in my opinion full of spyware but I get just as good of a speed using my browser though for privacy I prefer using an uploader. I wish there was a completely free no bars host.
But what do you mean hard to manage files in megaupload just go to their site and login say filemanager.
