I currently live in japan and I can tell you that the internet here is fast as hell. I can download a blue-ray movie in like 10 minutes it awesome.

O rly? I can download ~4GB BDRip 720p in four hours. :P It's moar amazing if you download BD remux (~48GB) movie in 10 minutes.

well you can mostly see that in a way like this...
japanese sites for videos like clones from youtube have very "big" files when you are buffering them
so with my internet which is quite a nice speed it LAGS that means that in japan my internet sux
i would like to have an internet conn like the ones in japan

australia by far is not meeting the needs of today. that is a fact. kevin rudd is doosh and is full of shit. the broadband and communications network in australia is still BS. the speeds are redicoulos no where near the speeds they are in 3rd world countries. and the cost is high as shit, 139 AUS dollars a month for 60 gig cable connection wat is that. but i wasnt suprised with japan and lithuwaina being ready for the future.
