For most music I use iTunes, but I will occasionally use MPC cause of the enque feature.

Re: What Music Player do you use?

I use Amarok 2 for playing music. It rocks. It uses MusicBrainz, Wikipedia, lastfm., and has tons of other really cool features integrated. Probably the best music player I have ever used.

Can it use MusicBrainz to tag songs now? I want to find a player that can do that >.>

Re: What Music Player do you use?

I use iTunes as it's the default application on a Mac and because I have an iPhone. I've never been disappointed by iTunes until now, so I'm not planning to try anything new.

Symbols and emblems are what gives us anonymous users a recognizable identity. Kippy could have had anything else than the communist symbol, as long as it was violent, well known, and not pejorative.
I'm not pompous enough to make my own emblem.

Never heard of it. Is it skinnable? Also is it free?

Lol I thought you were already using picard to tag your songs anyway. OR are you looking for a shortcut?

Re: What Music Player do you use?

Actually, I just did a little checking around. Amarok 1 used MusicBrainz, but the development team decided to remove it in the revision as, for some reasons, it does not meet the Free Software Foundation's definition of 'open'. You can still download Amarok 1 which has full MusicBrainz integration. It looks like they may be working with LastFM on future releases as they claim to be working on a fingerprinting system that is supposed to be better, but I haven't heard any more than that.

At the moment, Amarok 2 is not skinnable, however, there have been a lot of user requests to do so. Even though it was a bit of a step backwards with the release of version 2, it looks like Amarok can only get better from here.

If I remember correctly, I believe you can re-tag all your music in Amarok 1, but it's been a while since I've used it, so I can't really remember. It's worth checking out.
