For some reason my media player classic will not give me any sound. No it is not on mute. I took a look at my audio settings and they were the same as they have been when I first installed. So out of frustration I uninstalled it. I later found a updated version online and I get audio with this version.
BUT when I try to set it as a default player it will not add to the list. If anyone knows how I can either get my audio back on my older version or get the new version on my default list I would be very much in your debt. |

I suggest the MPC which comes with the CCCP codec. http://www.cccp-project.net/ Note: When instaling any Codes, u must uninstall other codecs or there my be file conflicts. ![]() |

Re: Media Player Classic Problem
If a person installs too many codecs after a main codec pack, there will be conflicts which can cause problems. Never install multiple codecs of the same type. Problems will occur. The CCCP codec pack has no problems when it comes to Audio/Video, so why ruin it by installing another one... ![]() |

The CCCP Codec has all the Codec ne1 will need, and that includes FFDShow in it.
