Hey everyone does anyone know of a way for me to encode a full HD AMV from a resolution of 1280x720(Standard HD) to 1920x1080 (Full HD) without adding black bars on the top and bottom. If their is a free program or method for this I'd appreciate any info.

if you want simple you can do it with virtual dub and use a resize filter i think

If you want to maintain a huge quality, it's better to use WinAVI converter. It can converts and upscales your vids using any codecs and configurations.

there is another way.. XD

rip out the audio
then convert every frame with photoshop LOL
then put the audio back in ^^

although that will take forever.. unless you use batch+automation
which i forgot how to do in ps ><

Although you'll have to encode the video if you want to apply any filters to it. You could just encode it to the same thing then just add the resize filter.

First I was going to I add the audio after I add the watermark. And I usually use h.264 (MP4), divx, or WMV. Also is there a completely free version of WinAVI.
