well both is great, so no harm get both of the translator and you do not need internet but do not
expect accurate translation but you need to learn some on your own.

systran is more accurate but you must download 10 time the size and it is harder to operate.

atlas is smaller and very easier to operate but only translate Japanese and it's translation is less accurate .

now you yourself must decide what you want i myself use systran.

I noticed you cannot load old dos games with agth but some of the hentai games are on pc98 and if you follow my guides on how to use anex and hooking agth to anex, you can use atlas and systran to translate the texts.

the only problem is the pc98 emulation scene are not so active unlike mame emulation team.
only anex86 can hook with agth the rest fail since I have tested out other emulators with agth.

The best translating tools i know so far that can translate a japanese text to english whether it is game or a document are Systrans. But don't expect a 100% accuracy since phrase like a character name may be mistranslate...
