+ rep button doesnt show up on my screen
before requesting a sig, i need to know what happened to the + rep button. i read the sticky on "how to give reputation" and did not see the green square i need to click. can anyone help me out with this one ?

You just have to click this button (the one in the red circle):
 After clicking you can choose to add (approve) or reduce (disapprove) the user's rep and you can leave a comment if you want... ;) |

It seems ppl are not reading the small pop up helps if you hold your cursor over a button.
