Ok, I only hope this is the right spot to post this...
Just wanted to make a recommandation to every uploader on this forum: Stop using Megaupload and Rapidshare services in profit of mihd.net ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]). this site is admittedly much better on every aspect -- except the bandwith maybe, but the "No limitation for free users" more than make up for it! With mihd.net, you can download multiple files at a time and don't have any day/hour download limits, all of this for FREE!!! don't even have to install any software or whatnot to benefit all this... I think this filehost site really deserves to be advertised as much as possible for providing such excellent service all 100% free. So please SPREAD THE WORD all! mihd isn't exactly fast, it wasn't for me, when i was forced to use it.
rs or megaupload at least give 1-3+ mb/s whereas mihd went on at about 30 kb. |

Yeah, ranged between 30 and 60 kb/s for me too, which admittedly is rather slow compared to big bandwith uploading like RS and MU like you said...
Oh, but not mentioning you can download like 3 files at a time on MIHD, which raises this range to between 90 and 180 kb/s I guess... Still not too fancy maybe, but that's honest. Oh, and let alone the fact that you don't have to sit and wait when these transferts are over with to go ahead with the next ones. Sure on RS/MU you can grab any file in like a handful of minutes at worse, no matter how big (given max allowed size is 500 Mo per file, that is)... ...And then you can just as well take a 1 (more-like 3 if the file was kinda big) hours nap till you're allowed to download the following. Your call guys, do the maths, he he. As for me I know which alternative proves best when it comes to download big and/or multiple-splited files (which is almost always the case for games and movies mind ya ^_-). |
