help vista context menus/drop-down lists

i recently got a new laptop that uses vista but the context menus (drop-down lists or shortcut menus: after research on trying to find a solution) doesnt change to work wit programs

its annoying to try to use magic disc and winace without it

for some reason if i open it in the winace thing, if i right-click it there, it works on it

also i have vista 64-bit and sp1 if it matters at all
