Help please :P

can some one help me, ive got adobe photoshop elements 5 installed on my laptop. because i have this it will not let me have the photoshop CS3 extended lite. Elements doesnt allow me to download any of the new brushes either ive tried and tried and they wont come up. im getting frustrated now because i want to do some work and im not able too. :(

Can any one help me out?

Grammar much? I had a bit of trouble deciphering your post so bare with me.

Either the brushes aren't compatable with Elements or they are corrupted. On another note Photoshop Elements is absolute rubbish. I suggest switching to Adobe Photoshop 7 and up. If you still need help I'm going to need you to re-post that whole post in english.
