I like Megaupload. The speedcap is quite high and their Happy Hour is 6 hours long everyday. With my internet speed I can finish around 160 videos that are around 140MB. I used to have a RapidShare subscription and found that RS was very good as well. I personally prefer those two since they're the most popular at the moment as well as having higher speedcaps.

110mb for longterm free hosting. No repeat charges (you can unlock a couple features for a one-time small charge, then have it permanently availalble without any further payments). Best solution.

There's also Quotaless, which is acceptably nice (others are generally oversellers that go broke/dissapear after 3 months, taking your site down with them, so best avoid those who offer big numbers, since these are used just as a psychological factor, are not backed by realist factors)

I love Turboupload.com or Mediafire.com because they don't have download limits;
The only problem is that you can only upload around 70mb+ but if you can bother to split the files, then you're good with it. Unlike Megaupload and Rapidshare, these doesn't have download limit exceeded or something like that.
