Big Brother ~ Little Brother

This is a mentoring system to help people who are not as experienced in making GFX. Mentors are selling/giving lessons on how to create signature effects and styles.

Please continue reading for information on how to take part.

To teach/learn. Use a program such as BeamYourScreen. This is a program where people can have a session. If anyone has any suggestions of a free software which allows this without having to get free trials please say so.
Other mentors may have different ways of teaching, some may like to use labeled .PSD so students can take their time and learn slowly.


Mentors

Please PM me style in which you are willing to teach other people.
In the PM please include the price of teaching. The price cannot be over-the-top and must be fair.

Please do not be harsh to the student as they are new, try and answer any questions and help your students as best as you can.

Students

Please state who you want to be mentored. The mentoring has to be agreed by both parties. Please respect the wishes of the designer and not nag to be mentored. Another mentor may be able to help you.

If you see a piece of work made by that specific person and it isn't in the style list, please ask once and ONLY once for that style. If the designer declines then please respect that designers reason as some people may like to keep their designing secrets a secret.


Due to the fact that I cannot see lessons I cannot give out warnings/banning/suspensions if the mentor hasn't given you the lesson or if the student hasn't given the mentor the money.

Please do not come to me with these problems as these problems cannot be helped.

A student can have multiple mentors as long they can afford the "tuition" fees

If nobody wants to take this position in organizing this i can also organize it.

Also, GFX leagues (well tables of lose win draws) at the end give out awards to winners?!?!
