well I found this trick from another forum and I have test it and it rocks.

Replay Media catcher is the best, because you can download any videos stream by click on start recording and you start viewing a video and it will start to save it to your pc but make sure your video streaming is complete.

well this help since there is video streaming that have the url to it encrypted which is make it hidden from being download unlike youtube videos on youtube site.

it works for all streaming videos, so there is no downside to it.

just be careful to the stop recording or it will make a copy of your download but you can configure it to ignore exe or any files.

it works for non firefox users, so go and download all the streaming videos.

the is one problem which is you need FLV Player 1.3.3 since riva flv player cannot view some flv videos and sometimes some flv works for riva flv player and not on FLV Player 1.3.3.

noticed another problem which is the download will stop half way but you can steal the url and post it to any download managers to pause or resume.

change your flash streaming setting to 1mb and it will works, try default 100k can cause the downloading to stop sometimes.
