Megaupload has been having problems with some of their servers lately.
Also when a download becomes expired, the page doesn't always update automaticly, and could look like the file is still availiable when it isn't.
That's probably why the manager is catching the Expired message while the Web-Download view isn't.
I Suggest just wait it out, becasue it's Megaupload's problem, but what u expect for Free downloading.

Mabye Ur area or IP got Banned from their Servers somehow, I suggest Trying a Proxy Connection and see if that works.

I'm not sure either, but that's how to get around online ip/area bans.
It may just be Megaupload, just wait for awhile then try again.
Megaupload has been having a lot of problems lately.

i'm begin strongly think that maybe you indeed got banned by megaupload for some reasons, anyway, if you trying to change your proxy, go here :
settings > control panel > internet options > connection
or if you using firefox :
tools > options > advanced > network > settings
but remember, there are millions of proxies out there, and not all of it working, some maybe already dead or get banned for some reasons.
for alternative, you can use this site :
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
that site serves a free proxy changing service, so you can access megaupload and download several things.
well then, i hope you success ;D
