I dont listen to NightWish that much but I say that the best album that they did would probably have to be Wish Master ([Only registered and activated users can see links]). I find it better then some other albums like Century Child.

Anyone else listen to the J-Metal band call Dir En Grey? they have a song called Sea of Retards :XD:

The best songs of Nightwish are Romanticide & Ghost Love Score, also, Dark Chest of Wonders is very good.

Have you ever listened to Legion of the Damned? It's a Dutch band and heavy as hell... :kukukuh:

I just listened to Legion of the Damned then and they sound like goatwhore, which is another great Heavy band but there from the US. Still, I'm gonna need to get some Legion albums now, there pretty good.

But if you want a Heavy band you should listent to Mortician, you may not be able to understand a word they say, same with Pig Destroyer, but there Grindcore not metal.

Ahumado Granujo is also a cool Grindcore band... It only has some Hardcore in it that I don't like... >.>

I like power metal, dont listen to it that often, the only power metal I lisen would be Slayer and Arch Enemy, and I kinda think AE might be Thrash.

Well I guess slayer is one of those bands that people will ague over what genre it is, alot of my friends think there power. Some people probaly think there just Heavy metal or thrash metal :XD:

But they still made the most brutal album ever, thats what we can both agree on :gabu:

But when DethAlbum comes out that might be a whole other story, dethklok may not be a real band and just a cartoon, but the music they make is pretty good, and I love playing thunderhorse on guitar hero

Well yea, they do seem like power and alot of people do think there power metal

Anyways, I remember alot of people saying alot of thrash metal bands are posers as like Venom, who I actually dont like.

Its like my arguement with my friend about Arch Enemy, I think its thrash but he says its Power, but wikipedia says Meladic Death Metal.

Welcome, I've always found the singer of Insomnium is like the singer in Norther, hes playing guitar and singing but it seems like he dosent care, theres like nothings going on.

Norther might be a little worse, he stares blankly and sings

Lucky you got to see Symphony X in concert, not bands ever come here, Sum 41 and AlexisOnFire came but they suck and there not metal...

The only viking metal I listen to is Taake and Amon Amarth and ther epretty amazing, your gonna want to listen to Hordaland Doedskvad by Taake is amazing.


On a side note I've been listening to alot of Grindcore , especially Noisegrind. Anyone here listen to Anal Cunt? I got there dischography and it was amazing.

At the moment I'm listening to CaBT (You dont want to hear there actual name) and there a pornogrind group, its such an overlooked genre and its amazingly good, They pig squeal and it sounds good, like being at a farm :XD:
