I myself, could make a mini characer that sits on your desktop or something, that will welcome you on startup or even say things, if i get the right sound for it.

I can program in Visual Basic, but It takes me awhile to code, since i'm not use to VB.

I made a small program while back for a friend that was similar, but it got wiped from my comp in re-installation, lol. It was a Desktop Stewie "Family Guy" and he sits on the Start bar with 10 buttons, and each one had a different Stewie Quote from Family Guy, lol.

He would sit on the start button? Kinda like Lil Chris on is website ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) Theres diffrent animations diffrent times you go to the frontpage he like hangs from the browser sometimes.

Yea, it would have to be coded, becasue u can't make something from nothing, lol, u have to have coding in a program to give the programs actions to do things.

An, it was just like a small pic of stewie sitting down, and he could be dragged to look like he was sitting on the start bar, and they eyes folowed the cursor.

I read in the comments something about being able to make a flash of it and have it play on startup. I think I might give it a try if I can't find something someone else has done lol (I'm lazy :JFBQ00208070428A:)
