How do you make the sigs appear? Are there any special requirements there should be fulfilled in order for the sigs to appear?

Ugh if you can't see them, I can see them adn it seems that most people here can se them aswell. I had a problem like this on another site.
What you gotts do is refresh your browser and that weird 2 arrow circle thing wont work.
Press "CTRL + F5", If you have a button that say "F Lock" you may need to press it, but do it with out pressing it and then try it after pressing it. (No it does not close your browser(Thats ALT F4))
When it refresh's speed depending on how good your comp is and then your should be able to see your sig. If there are any other problems just ask, I've probably asked someone about the same thing and know the answer >_>
Hope I helps

go to your user cp --> options --> under thread display options and make sure the show signatures box is checked.
if it isn't checked you won't be able to see them.

Hmmm... I think that the main reason is that somehow the computer that i used in the company had blocked those signatures as now i can see my signatures because i am using my home computer.
