[Suggestion] Limit Sections to Post Amounts

I've noticed that people are requesting things with less than 10 posts, so why not make the section have a 10 post limit to enter.
Also
I've noticed that people when replying to posts that have the [HREPLY] tags, there is a usual repeditiveness of mainly people with like 5 or less posts, even replying to get them, so it's prety much plain leachers, and then afterword, u don't hear anything from thoes members in any other topics. It's like they just came to reply once, then download what they want, without ever even commuting with the Nihonomaru community.

I think that there should be a post limit for the "Download Section", "Ecchi Section", and "Request Section", because there are too many leechers, just comming here, takeing what they want, then leaving never to talk again.

well even tho for the most part i'm not for the post count blocks in the secs expect maybe the Premium ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) Sec. But at the same time I'm with you on this since even if leechers keep some uploads alive, in my files the small thx post at lest shows that some one liked it/wanted it. but with Members: 6,564, Active Members: 4,414. i would be for a small limit to it like 10 posts and maybe like be reped once.

so i guess what im saying is

have a 10 post limit and have +11rep to see the threads but not get in the sec.
