This is by far my favorite series. What do the rest of you think?

It does a great job of showing the allure and the darkside of the adventurous, criminal lifestyle. The characters are deftly portrayed (allbeit their pasts are shrouded in mystery), the artwork is beautiful, it is funny and full of action, and it has plenty of cursing. :)/8:
The music is great too, with alot of rock references and a rock theme I haven't heard since FLCL.

I admit, I like the Japanese voices better than the English (esp. in regards to Revy), but the english voice cast was all right. Even though it is for mature audiences, I definitely recommend it.

As far as I know, season 3 was announced, but they are waiting for the manga to catch up to the anime.

I love BL, second season was the best.

I remember hearing long ago the Director was saying there most likely wouldn't be another season so I'm very happy there will be another!

if there is one thing I learned from Black Lagoon... its that Balalaika is never to be messed with. I cant wait for the 3rd season

This is the first i've heard of a third season! Thank you all for making my day. This anime is incredible in every single way, never letting down on the fun or action. First episode to number 24...a lot of fun.

I like the first season about Dutch against the nazi and the maid Roberta.
I don't quite like the second season It's annoying they go through all that trouble to rescue the girl in ep 22 and she kills herself at the end seem like a waste.

Yes, this anime in my opinion is definitely one of the best out there. I've even had a Black Lagoon wallpaper in my laptop for over 2 years now without changing it ever, lol

I loved the episodes with the young Twins the best. They're kinda sick with dark pasts and incest and stuff, and it showed how powerful Balalaika is.
