Best anime villain?

Grimmy is nice though over all he doesn't really have that flair of a villain in my opinion. He's more of that guy who likes to beat crap up. Now Vicious from Cowboy Bebop thats a villain. I mean who names a character Vicious the name alone is cool as hell. Him and the Villain from Berserker were my favorites.
