All three have a failry boring color scheme. If you really want to make an exceptional tag, try using more colors-but in a eye-pleasing way. Overall, not that bad. the background is simple, but I like it. Same goes for the second version. The third, however, seems too black and I can't exactly tell what it is.

Your text could be used more, I do see potential in that.

I like the second one best. and the colour is cool - i do agree the black one is hard to figure out what it is - but the use of text is gud.
