Well, elfen lied is my all time fave, and is also a ecchi, but ive seen the ultimate girls anime, that i found really amusing and kinda funny in a ecchi kinda way. I wasnt able to find a manga of it tho -_-

Ikki Tousen has got to be the biggest ecchi-fanservice anime out there.

Ichigo 100%. Really ecchi. Yeah, and try OhGreat too. For example: Tenjou Tenge or IkkiTousen or Airgear. You'll get a 5 hours of panties and exposed bodies.

I second the suggestion of NInomiya-kun, though it will be about 3 more weeks until it is fully available fan-subbed.

For Iketaru Futari and another suggestion I have, G-On Riders, you can get a couple of good animated gifs for them here [Only registered and activated users can see links] . Until I saw the pics there I hadn't even heard of Iketaru, but I'm glad I learned about it.

Amaenaideyo is just fan service and the story is corny.

Love Hina, Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun (the honorific actually means something like my apologies, so I've read), DearS, Tenjou Tenge (the manga is actually so friggin ecchi it is border line hentai sometimes), Ikkitousen (both seasons), Inukami!, Kiddy Grade, REC (though it's more of a romance one, more so than Love Hina).

Those are the only ones that really come to mind, hope it helps.
