There's so many to list out, if you included manga that HAS potential, but not completed.

My random list would be:
1. Jojo Bizarre Adventure ( 90+ volume, and no OP, Naruto, Bleach like anime series, wierd ... )
2. MXO ( Just when it is starting to get interesting )
3. Double Arts ( Yes, yet another manga when it is starting to get interesting but ... )
4. Hitomi No Catablepas ( Interesting manga, but ends too quickly )
5. Angel Densetsu ( Guess its too horror and funny ? )

On a side note, does Korean manga counts ? I love several titles, just to name a few like Id's, Alflame Inferno, Zero, Shade - The Other Side of the light, and Unbalance X Unbalance. But I guess we will never see those animated, sigh.
