I agree with Mochi, The Text could use some work
Other than that, for some reason the colors between the background and render doesn't match that well, and make it where it's just like the Render was placed on top.

The text isnt that great...
but I dont really like this one, the edges of the render are kinda messy (did you try to fade them in?)
the bg is pretty good tho.

love the backround. not liking the sig as a whole. the text is ok and the render doesnt blend with the bg at all. and it looks like a piece of the hair got cropped off next to the left shoulder.
add a couple of gradient maps and maybe photo filters.

hmmm, are you sure that's Suigintou?
for some reason it doesn't feel lik it is Suigintou.
Of course the red eyes, white/silvery hair, and black gothic outfit, but the outfit design is differemt, and the face/hairstyle looks too different for it to be 100% Suigintou.
It may just be a Loli Goth Girl.
Which is still a Win in my book ^.^

lets see...i think the problem here is that your stock later (gin sama) is blended in too much ~ i can see that you tried to extract it but made quite of a mess (look at her right side where there is a horizontal line and the left part where some of her hair seems faded) ~ in fact you blended her too much which isnt a good thing >.< another point would be that your light souce seems rather dull...easily fixed with duplication and overlay + some erasing and blurr :3
