Darker Than Black

This by far one of the best anime I have seen in a long time. There is alot of actual animation done in fight scenes instead of still frames used, and its got very well done background art. Not to mention the story and characters are awesome. If you haven't seen it yet, I highly suggest looking into Darker Than Black.

I too suggest looking into this anime ^_^. I dled the sudo 720p version and it was totally great watching everything in HQ, adside from all of that, theres a C.C in here ;)
