lol, it's from the anime "Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge ([Only registered and activated users can see links])"
It's about 4 Pretty boys, trying to make a Creepy/Scary Girl into a Pretty Lady.
lol, She has a habbit of Calling them "Bright Creatures" and gets nose bleeds, every time She see's them, lol

The Goth Goth Loli Loli Sisters are like Side characters which make the Anime a bit more funny, lol.
