I am not sure about the manga but the anime was really slow at the beginning. I know they were trying to give background to all the characters but man... it was like 20+ episodes of 'filler' quality in a row. Some of them were funny but most of the time it made me want to stop watching.

The current arc is pretty awesome.

lol...well the 1st 20 eps...were all actually from the manga (heard from a manga reader)...so...dont blame te ppl who made the anime XD

This is a good anime. Hilarious for the most part but also serves up some good action fighting scenes. Although it does comes up a little dry at times. Overall a worthwhile series to follow.

actually even the anime has shown that he gets it on with *someone*, the episode when the girls, yamamoto and Lambo and I-Pin are timewarped into the future.

Just before they got timewarped, the expression of Kyoko's face gave it away.

only reading the manga so far, Tsuna vs. Genkishi in Hell form. It's getting pretty epic. If I'm bored I watch the anime for the action since the series follows the manga almost perfectly :D

Reborn anime and manga are both awesome. Shame alot of fansub groups stopped subbing it. :sigh:

Katekyo Hitman Reborn is one of the top 40 mangas!!! At least in my case. The manga is easier to load thats why i prefer it than the anime... May try watching it though but the manga is always faster!:onion31:

I love this series. I fell behind though :( I stopped in the anime wayyyyyyy far back (like when Tsuna was still learning X burner) but the manga I last read when it showed the varia getting ready to go to battle

It started off slow thought. I first tried to watch it then like after the 3rd episode i was like "This is lame and tsuna is too much of a wuss" but then i started watching it in computer graphics class <.< >.> and got hooked. I own all the games that came out for this series too

yeah I like how it starts off comedy and turns into action. but i DONT like gokudera. Hes SO ANNOYING trying be like like "Baww im badass and I hate everyone but jyuudaime!" He was such a douche to yamamoto in the future arc V_v

As my name implies , i'm a hug fan of Hibari and he's probably the only character besides Xanxus that I think is badass.

Like many people stated before , it did turn out slowly , but it was all preparation for the future episodes - as in Tsuna getting friends/members for his M.Fam. - and it wasn't all that bad , it did have some comedic sense in it , which I liked.

But the current episode is extremely epic , I can't wait to see more.
