need help with an anime's name

hi lately i been trying to search for a very very very old anime..probably around 15 yrs or more..but i can't seem to remember the name...

only details i remember is the hero carry some kind of egg thing on his shoulder where if he feed it a coin..it summons umm i think it was a robot...x.x

tho i dun remember much about the show itself but i do remember i use to like it when i was younger..
if anyone know wat i'm talking about and is able to help..it'll be greatly appreciated..^^

ummm. The only think remotely close I can think of is maybe Doremon. He pulls out lots of gadgets out of his pouch.?????? I hope this helped.

if you watch it when you are young then it must be quite old and specially made for children,but the details is too less so probably cant find it,sry
