I would have to say Mahoraba ~Heartful Days~
It's more or less a chibi anime, in which most of the characters look quite young in contrast to their age.
The expressions are very comical, as are each individual character.

I would have to say Lovely Complex, I havent seen that many anime shows but I know whcih one is my favorite, but Otani kinda makes me mad as of how stupid he is.

I honestly haven't watched many funny anime's but FMP! Fumoffu? Was great. I love the FMP! series kya!

The other anime that could be classified as funny could be Love Hina but the anime isn't good uguu~ The manga is way better.

oh! Wait! How could I forget Lovely Complex! Another great show with lots of humor. Those expressions XD

I know this makes me seem like a jerk, but I find Air TV funny as well. Just the simple logic defying parts of it and the hopelessness of the characters to generate a better future makes me laugh a bit.
