Pierrot it's not interested on make an animation of Kakashi Gaiden yet...
But in one of the specials of the filler arc appears a frame with team Yondaime on it. But the proportion of their body was wrong.

hmmm i hope so to, i like kakashi :D, before i thought they were going to stick his history in the naruto series somewhere like how they did in the manga

It was dumb not to make it, is it so hard to make it during the time when there was like a year of filler crap?
After seeing the manga and you see Kakashi remembering and speaking about Rin and Obito would they cut it out of the anime?

Whatever... An OVA of Kakashi Gaiden, which was pretty much the best part of the Naruto manga, would be awesome..

Kakashi Gaiden is the one thing that deserves to be made into an OVA. I know of half-a-dozen guys here that'd be reeeeeeally happy if that were made.
But they should have made it way earlier, you know? They should have followed the manga arc and made it an interlude between the original and Shippunden.
