Here another thread about ridiculous anime. I going several more of these threads to get people interested in more anime instead just the mainstream ones.

The Low Down: Ouka Midarezaki is an ordinary Japanese civil-service functionary – single, alone, performing a fairly menial series of duties for a minor government agency. That's what he was yesterday, anyway. Today he's the happily married father of five very unusual children.
Stop us if you've heard this one before. A thousand years ago, a gigantic monster died, leaving a prophecy of destruction behind it. A thousand years later, goes the story, its spirit will be reincarnated in the body of a child, which will complete its ancestor's mission and bring about the apocalypse. Now, in the modern day, the government has found six possible candidates for fulfilling the prophecy: a talking lion, a bio-mechanical war machine, a seemingly ordinary 10-year-old girl, the enthusiastically swishy heir to a major organized crime family, a sentient pink electrified jellyfish-type thing, and Kyouka-sama, a little girl with cat ears and a tail who wields supernatural powers and demands that she be worshipped as a goddess.
The plan is to organize Ouka and the others into a single happy family unit. He's the dad, Kyouka's the mom, the rest are their children. Ideally, the one harboring the monster's revived spirit will receive enough socialization from their positive, nurturing home life to curb any innate world-destroying inclinations.
