Shakugan no Shana 3????

Does anyone know about a third season for Shakugan no Shana. I think there will be eventually coz the manga and novels are still goin but it has been know for the anime to just stop and the manga continues so if any1 can give verification that would be nice.

I think that they will first release another OVA and then maybe a movie.

They may continue with the anime if people buy their dvd's. Else they do not have the production money to continue the animation.

But if it does come to that then you are bound to find it on the internet when it is announced. We can only speculate that another season will come eventually :)

Well a conclusion is definitly needed so I gues we'll be seeing it at some point. It's more of a question when they'll release it and in what format. I've seen only the anime and have no clue on how far the manga/novel goes which makes speculation hard.

Still seeing how much loose ends there are left I think an OVA could be enough to finish the story.

Personally I hope for a season 3 though since I like the series :D

Ok heres the most likely scenario for this because i am a shana fanatic on a massive scale lv here

it took about 6 months before releasing the 2nd season of shana if im not mistaken. give or take about 1 yr sooo....from what i can tell they'll release it some time around the same time they released the first season seeing as it wil be about 1-2 yrs since it first made its appearance. The ending is obvious to everyone who's read the manga and everyone knows what is gonna happen to them along the way i hope.

the 3rd season is the last season just to let you all know.....they can't continue it after it because the ending to it has too much closure to the whole series most if not all questions get answered before the ending.

I have recently finished the series, which I might add was totally fucking awesome!!! Anywho, I really think an OVA or a Third Season needs to take place. There's a lot of things either unanswered or not clarified at the end of the Second Season. There is A LOT of room for a Third Season, so I'm crossing my fingers for that.

Ball Masque, The keeper in the Midnight lost child, and a bunch of others that are a little obvious. The 3rd season answers these questions left from the 2nd season...anyone who "isn't sure" about the 3rd season is well....i don't want to say something insulting so i wont.

Producer Nakayama Nobuhiro has revealed news that a third season (TV?) of Shakugan no Shana will follow the 「Shakugan no Shana S」 OVA series. The announcement comes from the August issue of Animedia magazine.
