There are soo many guilds out there over individual anime, but why not one for all animes ^.^
Some people have a habbit, when a new anime comes out, that is their favorite, so this causes some people to lose interest in current Guilds they are interested in. While a Guild like this, we can continue to grow no matter how many people lose interests in cretain animes, there will always be anime fans in the masses to pick up the pace and form a community to appeal to all anime fans.

Sounds like a Typical Tragic Harem anime, lol. Harem animes r the best, and they have the most possibilities for Ecchi confrontations, lol
