Now there are three different point of view form this story :one of Lelouch , one of Suzaku and one of Nunnally .(maybe ^^)

It's a diffirence between anime and manga .
So just bear with it .

Let me see ,
In manga : Code Geass: Knightmare of Nunnally is an alternate Code Geass story .Nunnally receive a new body ( an old ,strange Knightmare ) when Lelouch disappear with C.C
And Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and Code Geass: Suzaku of the Counterattack happen at the same time . Each serie follows difference's side of the story.

In anime : the anime hasn't released yet (^^)

I know this won't help much but If I find some usefull info ,I will post it .
