Appreciation Thread

I couldn't find where else to post a thread like this, so thought I'd do it here :em0143:

As a relative newbie to anime in general, I just wanted to express thanks to Nihonomaru for such an exceptional site. I've joined a bout half dozen other sites that are mostly filled with attitudinal, egocentric, and unpleasant individuals who totally ruin the experience of learning about all of what this hobby (aka obsession LOL) has to offer. I rarely go to them anymore.

You've got the best community, most generous downloaders, and FUN place I've seen, ever! Since I've had to play "catch-up" to see all the amazing animes I've missed up until this year, I've found SO MANY awesome series here that my head spins. Constantly LOL

So, a big THANK YOU to the admins and mods, and the members, who have been so generous with their time to make available such wonderful stuff, and make this a very cool place indeed!

(I don't post much because I've really only seen older series that everyone's already gone over for years, but I'll get better once I feel i can contribute anything noteworthy about newer series I come across!)

It's actually not as active as some other sites I've been to, but, for lack of better words, at least here everyone's not a total dickweed. And yes, people are amazingly generous here. Nowhere else to go for this hobby of mine but here. Good job Nihonomaru staff. This site (I'm going to hate myself for this later) owns!

As far as content goes, at least for me, I can't even keep up with it all! I've been trying to play catch-up and it's impossible. Just got through a Death Note marathon, and damn, I'm still hungry LMAO... but that was gooood :beautifu2:

Between the content, friendly and non-attitudinal admins and peeps, this place is the best!
