I would suggest for Tonagura! as a good school comedy to watch!!! its pretty funny considering the main character turns out to be a "different" type of person after a few years.... good luck XD

GTO there isn't anything as funny as that. Also seto no hanayome is very funny

If you want school drama, the only one that comes to mind is School Days even though I didn't really like it.
